*The Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Monday 27th July. Tickets to the Dinner are not included in Registration fees, and need to be purchased separately.
**Field trip to Deakin Waurn Ponds Campus and Estate (Geelong)  to view Deakin’s sustainability initiatives, including Renewable Energy Microgrid Project. And have a travel in Geelong city. Tickets are not included in Registration fees, and need to be purchased separately.

Registration Fee Coverage

It includes abstract submission, admission to the scientific sessions, the exhibition areas, receiving a copy of the conference program book, the name badge, meeting lunches, morning and afternoon teas during the conference, and a drinks event on the first night. If you have special dietary requirement, please let us know.


Tax invoice

The tax invoice will be directly sent to your E-mail that is used for registration after completing your online registration.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be to the secretariat by email (apfeha2020@gmail.com) and will be processed according to the following policy. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

In case of a refund request for a bank transfer payment, the handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the conference.

Cancellation before and including June 30: 80% refund  

Cancellation after June 30: 50% refund

No-shows in the conference: No refund
