Registration Fee Coverage
It includes abstract submission, admission to the scientific sessions, the exhibition areas, receiving a copy of the conference program book, the name badge, meeting lunches, morning and afternoon teas during the conference, and a drinks event on the first night.
All cancellations must be to the secretariat by email (email@example.com) and will be processed according to the following policy. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
In case of a refund request for a bank transfer payment, the handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the conference.
