Abstract Acceptance
Announcement : 20 April  2020
1. The abstract must be typed into this Abstract Submission Form in English.
2. The title should be centered, short, specific, and informative, with a font size of 12pt. Times New Roman.
3. Author information should include first name, second initial, surname, and affiliations with a font size of 8 pt. Times New Roman. Up to 10 authors are allowed. Presenting author’s names should be bold and denoted with asterisks. Corresponding author should be denoted with double asterisks. Both presenting author and corresponding author should provide Email address.
4. The affiliation should be Organization, Town/City, Country
5. The abstract text should include “Background/Aim”, “Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusions”.
6. The abstract is restricted to 500 words (not including the title, author information, and affiliations) and tables, graphs or figures are not allowed. It should be written with 9 pt. Times New Roman as font.

Guideline for Poster Presentation

 

1. The official language is English; no other languages will be allowed for the presentation.
2. Each poster should include the title (preferably at the top), as well as the names and affiliations of the authors
3. Physical posters will need to be printed and a poster board will be allocated in a designated area of the Symposium.
4. Posters should be no larger than the size of 800 mm width x 1000 mm (80 cm. width X 100 cm.)
5. Poster Set-up Schedule: tape will be provided.

We suggest presenters to stay in their poster area for the explanation of their research at the designated poster session time.
